This included new starter welcome packs with an introductory booklet, a personalised Cazoo toy truck, and practical branded items; as well as themed packs for upcoming product launches to keep teams motivated and aligned.
We also produced branded caps, lanyards, and polo shirts so every employee could show up consistently and proudly as part of the Cazoo team. The project helped Cazoo boost internal brand connection and create moments of excitement that employees genuinely looked forward to.
